Born in Bucharest, Romania, Cornel arrived in Canada when he was 11 years old. After having survived a devastating car accident at the age of 21, he was drawn toward the Creator / Sustainer of all life form and all that exists in the vast universe. He embraces open and honest debate, completed a challenging full marathon, and loved the view from the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Cornel retired recently from a career in mechanical engineering, and now resides in Florida with his beautiful wife, Tracey. He considers himself a life-long learner, and is blessed to be "Papa Riz" to two grandkids.
